SMART Ink / Internet Explorer email issue

 

We would like to make you aware of an issue with Smart Ink and Internet Explorer which affects DB Primary email use.

Using DB Primary through Internet Explorer on a computer with Smart Ink installed may result in emails being stripped of their content. We have raised this issue with Smart Technologies and will keep you updated with their progress. In the meantime, we would recommend affected users use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. These browsers are free to download and install.
